Pizza Hut - customer service from a manager

When ordering pizza tonight for my pregnant wife and kids, I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by an employee. She asked if I could wait one second and that she would return. While waiting the manager approached asking if she could take my order. This experience was horrible. She is hurting your brand.
