ON August 30, 2019 I purchased an Impossible Whopper, small fries and a senior drink. I was charged 35 cents for the senior drink. I completed the survey on the back of the receipt and was given the number CF04170. Today, September 15, 2019 and ordered a small fries, senior drink and a whopper. I anticipated paying $1.69 for the fries and 35 cents for the senior drink and approximately 14 cents for tax and a total of $2.18. I was given a total of $3.71. She was not successful in explaining to me why I could not purchase a senior drink as I had when I made the original purchase. I did not buy the food as I intended.
I am writing to you to correct the instructions you have given to the local stores that prevent them from honoring the offer you made of the back of the receipt. Additionally, my receipt expires of the 30th of September and I will be out of the country the last 10 days of the month, so if you are going to honor the offer made on the back of the receipt, it has to be done before Wednesday or provide an extension for the receipt I have.
