Ryan Homes

This is my written termination of the contract  for  the purchase of a home with Ryan Homes. I have decided to terminate and they will not send me a termination documents to sign. I would like to get my $2000.00 back due to their poor communication and lack of customer service. I was interested in purchasing the house with Ryan Homes but the agents involved where always lack of time and not getting an agent involved as advise by Cory Parker  led to a very stressfull and disappointing situation. I gave my trust to the company and agents and  every opportunity possible to work it out even after requesting termination. I tried to reached Ryan home agent and NVR agent out multiple times with no success and visit the office at Magnolia Creek but it was closed. Also after some time I recieved a phone call with a manager that was not interested in the situation and was really rude  and ended the call with me still on the phone. I have no trust in the company or their agents and it has been around  a month or more in this situation I gave more money than requested and i am requesting it back as soon as possible.
