O'Reilly Auto Parts - An employee

I need some auto paint I called the Oreilly aoto and paint on church street in Concord NC on 5/16/2020 at 11am. I asked if they sold paint for automobiles anscer was yes I then drove to the store and talked to Rober an employee there he had told me that the paint I need had to be special mixed the employee that does the mixing will be in at 1pm Robert took a picture my vin# on my door to match the color I would need for (kevin) to mix the paint I then told Rober that I would call back around 1. I had other things to do so Icalled back around 1:45 Robert anscerd the phone and had told me that kevin just walked in and he (Robert) had informed him (Kevin) about the paint needed to be mixed. I then arived at the store around 2:15 Kevin was there but he had not started on the paint yet he was with a customer this customer came in with calipers trying to match a bolt size for the part he had brang from home they the two of them where betting on what bolt would fit Kevin lost 3 dollars on the bets they spent over 30 minutes on this issue. Rober had told Kevin when I walked in that this is the gentalmen that needs the paint mixed Kevin looked at me and shook his head.45 minutes went by Kevin was still with the same customer Rober had surved 15 customers during this time. Rober had said again Kevin are you going to mix the paint Kevin replied you do it Robert replied back I dont no how if I did I would Kevin shook his head spent another 15 minutes with the same customer then shook his head and went into the painting booth. I spent over 2 hours in Oreilly waiting for my paint and even then the paint was the wrong color much darker than the color of my truck but Iused it anyway just so I wouldnt have to go back I spent $173 for a wrong color and very bad survice. I have been a supervisor for over 25 years machining high end components this DOPE (Kevin) would have lasted about 3 hours with me and he would of been out the door this lazy [censored] should be fired before you loose more customers Rober did his job he is a keeper Kevin should be throne out in the street thats the only way he will ever learn.
