I called in a to go order for pick up at Outback 8405 IKEA Blvd in Charlotte, NC on 4/14/2022 at 11:33 The order was read back to me to confirm it was correct. However, when I arrived home with the meal I was missing one of the requested sides that went with the Alice Chicken and the prime rib sandwich combo was like shoe leather and had to be trashed.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the prime rib sandwich
Outback Steakhouse - Sustained injury on wet floor
I had dinner with my family yesterday evening at Outback Steakhouse on IKEA Blvd. in Charlotte NC. Around 9:09pm I went to exit the restaurant but fell on a wet floor beside the bar. There were no Wet Floor signs. No one to help me get up besides my companion. The waiter at least apologized and said he’d get the water cleaned up. I struggled to my feet and proceeded to leave with no further embarrassment hoping the pain would subside. However, today I have been unable to get out of bed. I have a serious back injury that I’m praying gets better. I will be in the emergency room tomorrow if things don’t get better.
Desired outcome: Pay for medical and/or pain and suffering.
Outback Steakhouse - Overall customer experience
Yes on July 4, 2019 I ordered a meal for my family... take out to go. Upn my arrival home anticipating a goid meal, my order was not as ordered. I phoned the restaurant and spoke to Ann Davis manager and she took my name and agreed to give me a $50 credit. I was simply told all I needed to do it note her name on the receipt.
To make long story short, yesterday I decided to use rhat credit so I called the restaurant to see if they woukd still honor the credit. Ms Davis got on the phone and informed me she did not recollect giving me a credit.. she said thw procedure would have been was for her to send me a gift card... which she never did.. and she also said anybody could claim this as simply giving her name was not the protocol and that the receipt was too old Well I was never tokd there was a time limit and she insulted me by calling me a liar.
My son wanted to still order from Outback even though she was unwilling to honor the credit. He ordered food from this location yesterday and he did attemt to speak with Ms. Davis in person regarding the credit. When he picked up the food ge showed her the receipt and she still insistef she would not honor it and she even called the police on my son.
I will never ever visit Outback again.. my son is a frequent customer. Fir this lady to be a proprietor spraks volume. I will let all my friends and family know what occurred. ALL IT TAKES IS 1 DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. IM SURE YOU HAVE HEARD THIS.
I would like for someone to look into this and reply back.
