I placed an online order for 2 meals including extra meat on both. When I picked up the order the service was nice and friendly. When I got to the car and looked at my order I was disappointed. The food did not look good the lettuce looked wilted and I paid for extra meat but in one order it looked like barely any meat was placed in the bowl. The food didn't even fill up the bowl. When I came came back in the associate was kind of nasty with me and said what's wrong I told her I asked for extra meat she gave me a look and said did you pay for it for which I replied yes. She walked off laughing. At that point I didn't want her handling my food so I asked for a refund. Me and my family love Moe's but over the months we noticed a change in service in food at this location which is disappointing. I left in good spirits but on bad terms because I was without my food.
