Fitness 19

I joined fitness 19 cary thinking that the pioneer company will help me. When I get there to join it was all good, I asked them for personal trainer they told me that I have to pay $20 per season, I agreed. Then I take the membership and return back home. The next day I went there but there were no trainer to help so I returned, they promised me they will provide me trainer in1-2 days, but for more than 10 days they kept me waiting. One day they assign someone to train me they said and ask me to join her (trainer). I went there meet with the girl (trainer). I was aware that the training sessions is just 3-4 days but in my case she proposed me 6 days, she said she will provide me equipment training, diet, cardio and overall but to do the thing she need 6 days and $25 per session, in that case also I agreed thinking that they are planning something good for me. Then she scheduled me for six days take my money all at once and ask me to come next day to start wih. The next day what happened is she text me and told that she cannot train me and tell
Me that she is gonna fix my training with someone else, I didn't get that I denied they try make me feel like all are my fault. So I quit to them. I didn't even touch the equipments and pay them $180 just for free
