I placed an online order this morning, 3/26/2022. When I went to check out, I clicked on PayPal. PayPal immediately sent me an email confirmation of payment request. I never received any confirmation from Walgreens. Later, I checked the Walgreens app and my order is not listed in the history. In a “chat” with a representative (Dianne), I am informed by her that my order was invalid. But she would not tell me why, and that my order would NOT be shipped. Meanwhile, there is a pending payment to Walgreens in my PayPal account. Without any further explanation, she ends the chat. She was very rude, by the way! I was asked if I’d like an email copy of the chat, and to provide my email, which I had to resend 10 times… until I typed in Walgreens sucks! Then, my email address finally went through. That was over three hours ago and I still do not have the promised email.
I completed a survey, too. And I’ve heard nothing from that, either!
Walgreens, you owe me an explanation!
Desired outcome: I’m waiting for restitution! Apologize, explain, and either fill my order FOR FREE! It is now 4:35 pm CST. I expect an intelligent response before 10pm
