I called in with questions about my containers. We moved here several years ago and the containers that are here we’re left. The first woman I spoke to did not understand what I was asking and it took a long time to get anywhere with her, until it was close of business day. The second day I called back a woman named Trish answered the phone and continually cut me off, would not listen to my questions, was rude, disrespectful and when I asked her name, she cut me off as I was trying to ask her name and she then hung up on me. I did not get my request completed and I do not want to call back again.
Desired outcome: Trish to be spoken to about her phone and customer etiquette
