Cracker Barrel - Our meals

My 2 sisters and I went to Cracker Barrel this morning. After waiting approx 30 minutes for our breakfasts we had to leave. We had other things scheduled. Nobody came by to apologize or give us an update or anything. We were disgusted so we left.

AWFUL and we are regular customers

This is not the first time one of us has had below par service or quality of food served.
This USED to be a good to very good restaurant. In the past year it has gotten poor to bad. What happened?
