Sam's Club

Attempted to access store and apparently I do not have the "correct membership" for access prior to 10am. It was 9:45am and only about 25 cars in the parking lot. Can't your employees have some discretion as to admittance when the I was "early" by only 15 minutes and there was such a low amount of shoppers already in the store. At this point I am so irritated that I would like to get a refund on my membership as I have access to costco. What do I need to do this as this is not the friendly store that I use to enjoy?
