While in drive-through, placing my order, I tried to place a second order I was told that I had to drive all the way back around. I was OK with that. Upon getting to the window I am now in faced with the awareness that there is no tap to pay Apple Pay services at all. I pay an alternative way. So then, instead of waiting for my food, I decided to drive around to clear my vehicle of the drive-through window. I begin to wait for my food on the opposite side, where there was an extra entrance to get into the drive-through so that I wasn’t blocking anyone then a guy approached me while off the clock and tells me that I needed to move my vehicle, and he proceeded to stand there as if he were waiting on me. I asked where my food was that I’ve paid for his response was he was off the clock and didn’t know what I ordered I asked then what are you still doing here? He turned and went back in building. I believe his name is Brandon as well and at the Mexico Mo
Desired outcome: At least an apology or a free combo meal. I don’t know just genuine courtesy would be great
