My name is Kyle Thomas and I put in an application to your establishment in Malden MO and was told by all mangers personally that they refuse to hire anyone with felonies they are being discriminate against individuals who have been convicted of felonies in their past and I feel that I should inform you of their transgressions against your equal opportunity employment policy I also want to Inform you that they lie to individuals who call on application process informing them that all positions are filled when clearly they are hiring for day time positions I have been told by some of your employees that managers Constantly put down ex Convicted felonies
