On 1/29/20 I called Suddenlink To inquire if my new address was previously serviced by them and they said yes. I told the young lady that I was going to go online to signup and receive the incentives. The service I was interested in was Altice One - Value Internet Unlimited Data for $54.99 a month. The young lady told me that she take care of me over the phone and get me the incentives of an Amazon gift card and free installation. I later called back to add the TV package for an additional $20 a month for a monthly total of $74.99. I received a statement from Suddenlink saying that my monthly bill would total $121.14 plus a $50 charge for installation. Quite a difference from the $74.99 quoted on the internet advertised special offer. Over the past two days I have talked to more than 14 different service representatives with no success in resolving my issues. The last one put me on hold and then dropped my call. WORST SERVICE EVER!
