Pizza Hut

I just received a pizza that was burned, hard as cardboard, and not even a little bit warm. Like it was made hours before. I never complain like this even when I don't enjoy something as much, but this was so bad we couldn't even eat it, and it's so late now my children had to go to sleep. My family gets Pizza Hut a lot and has never had this problem, however I don't feel like I should I pay $40 for a order when it was that terrible. Or at least get credit for next time. I tried calling Pizza Hut I didn't get an answer..
