I had paid up front for this procedure and an hour before I was to have it done they left a message saying that my appointment was cancelled for not confirming. I contacted before my appointment time was and told them that I had confirmed the week before and they told me because of my anaphylactic with bee stings etc. And them not having a doctor onsite that they wouldn't be able to do procedure. I asked them to refund my money back and they said it would go before a board next week and they will make a decision. I did not pay for something that I dont get. I want all my money back including for botox because I dont want to go to two places to get stuff done. I should have been disclosed that information before I paid. I don't work two jobs to get ripped off. Who do I contact and why is it going to take weeks, I waited the three weeks to be told 10 minutes before that they couldn't do it. I want my money back...
