Absolutely horrible customer service from customer service. I have purchased an entire bedroom set without any issue but furniture is a different story. We purchased the Liam set over 6k first couch arrived broke now you wait for a tech to come look at it and go yup its broke wait a few for days for a new couch. 2nd couch arrives it's bowing out armrest are blown out because there is no hinge or anything for support material is stretched. Gardner White so kindly offered to swap it out for another set but let's charge a 25% restocking fee. I get this if we simply didn't like the furniture or it didn't fit or we broke it, but this is a quality and craftsmanship of a product they sell and will NOT BACK UP! So if you want furniture that won't hold up even as good as IKEA you are in the right place. They said there plan with returned furniture is to put it out on the floor as a sample and sell it as a floor model. Always comforting to know the floor pieces might have been sat in by who knows who and or what was done on these pieces before they sell them to you with no warranty. Good luck everyone who decides to use them.
