I belonged to Fitness 19 and was extremely disappointed and down right upset with their customer service, policies, and gym/equipment. Starting with their customer service, they acted friendly when I got a membership and I was pleased with how they acted towards me and I began to come more and more I noticed that their behavior toward me changed, they had already gotten my business therefore their happy, nice attitude quickly changed. Then I started noticing and hearing them talk poorly about other members and employees. Saying things about larger members and how its pointless that they continue coming to the gym, etc. I was disgusted with what I was hearing. About their policies, they are very money hungry, especially Erhan. They will constantly tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign a contract that is supposedly "don't require long-term contracts" and "can cancel whenever you want" yet myself and many of my friend where leaving for school and that was not the case they said they couldn't gave many excuses and still charged us. Lastly their gym/equipment it's nothing special, basic workout equipment, some don't work, basically nothing special at all. Bottom line I would not recommend this gym to anyone!

I am new to the Rochester area and have had a membership at Fitness 19 for about 6 weeks.
