Costco - citibank

Citybank called me last month to tell me than we needed to pay more on our bank card. It was $7.00 more to be exact, I gave them my debit card and the said we would not be charged a late fee. This month they again say we are 7.00 short and they charged us a late fee.

I talked to Tasha, who was not helpful and said that they would not remove any late charges. I fell that Costco should treat their customers better than a cold hearted bank does, Citi.

Please help me with the removal of this charge. Thank you

Susan m Reilly
