I've had my mochas turn out to be plain coffees at three different McDonald's locations in Muskegon, Michigan. Mochas cost more than coffees, so I am being cheated. Two different McDonalds in this town have been guilty of this at least four times in the last year.
Mochas are more expensive than plain coffee. Managers usually offer a replacement, but its not worth all the gas I burn to keep going back up there. Not to mention some of the bad attitudes I receive from these managers.
I wrote to corporate and got absolutely no response.
Desired outcome: Please stop selling coffees for the price of mochas. I was only allowed to enter one address below, so I chose today's McDonald's location. However, there are two more who have also done this to me.
