Gardner-White Furniture - Horrible protection plan

We bought a living room set 15 months ago (September 2022) and it's rippling, lumpy, and pilling already. We were told by the salesman that the protection plan was awesome and covered "everything!" so we felt confident buying the set. We filed a claim for these issued and were denied because they said the issues were normal wear and tear. We have to buy a new couch already, going straight in the trash and will never go back to GW because the protection plan is useless.

Claimed loss: $1,700

Desired outcome: Replacement cushions or credit towards new couch.
