I ordered 2 pair of jeans well about a month ago. When they arrived they did not fit like I thought they would so I returned them. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I have not received any notifications that the have received them. When I got a response the first time, they asked whats my tracking number...I gave them that, and a week later nothing. I sent another email, but nothing again. I send them another email, and finally get one back saying that someone will reach out to me in 24-48 hours. I still do not know if they received the merchandise. The only way to reach these people are through a customer service email. The one store they have close to my area does not take exchanges or refunds. I had to pay $4 dollars for packaging, on top of a $6.95 restocking fee, on top of already paying shipping. So if I ever get my money back I will only have really been refunded back about $37.17 out of a $55.07 payment. The only way of contacting them is through this email [protected]@charlotterusse.com
