Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely awful. Zero customer service skills. Cars that are in poor repair. Left me and my disable son stranded after we made a reservation and still walked over 2 miles to even get close enough to get a ride. Lied about cost. Completely unprofessional! This isn’t even the first time it’s been this horrible. I had to use them because of insurance but because of our experience they authorized a different company! The dealership also stated they continually have issues with Enterprise. Absolute garbage! Was able to get picked up by Hertz, treated with respect. I am in a safe car and out of 30 degree weather. I would never ever ever recommend Enterprise to anyone. The level of awful is unbelievable!
