check 2171. 10/12.19 @ 6:56 PM. went inside to get a to go order. employee at the register didn't know how to take our form of payment so she called her manager over to help. The manager didn't really know what she was doing either. We explained how to do but she wanted to do it her way in which she found out that what we were telling was the right way. Employee over charged and shorted us items. When I brought it to the managers attention, she could't do simple math. I was charged $3.50 for a Whopper with cheese and then on another line I was charged $8.49 for 2 Whoppers with cheese. I understand we are paying extra for cheese but the first one had cheese also and the special is 2 for $6.00. $3.50 times 2 is $7.00. So I was overcharged $1.49. Then I was shorted a Large onion ring $2.59 and Hershey pie $1.79, and 10 pcs. mozzarella sticks $2.99. so now I was overcharged for items I didn't get. Let's not forget the tax too. Total overcharged/missing items $8.86. Tax is $.5316. Total owed to me is $9.39. What the HELL! This is unacceptable. I want my money back that is owed to me. I WILL NEVER! I REPEAT NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO THEIR JOB AND NOT RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!
