Pizza Hut

We used the app to order our pizza and wanted curbside pick up, we got there and press the I am here button on phone, waited 16 min and no one came out so I went in no one would wait on me she was busy cut up pizza and boxing them. My pizza was under the heat lamp. So I cancel my order and went to another place to eat, she cut up 4 pizza while I was there waiting.
