I am a loyal customer and have purchased multiple hair removal treatments through this company. I called to schedule one of my last two remaining treatments after what I was told was a COVID contract extension only to then be told that my contract had expired. I asked customer service when they had notified everyone that they were no longer honoring COVID contract extension and they said they haven't. It was left to the staff at each site to tell their clients. Well, no one told me and I was even led to believe that I could postpone treatment until after summer so my skin was not tanned. Therefore, my staff member did quite the opposite by assuring me that I had time to complete my contract secondary to the COVID extension and could even do it at my leisure and as it suited me. If details related to a contract are changed the customer on the contract should be contacted directly. I want to be able to complete my treatments that I paid for, or I would take a refund for the two services not provided to me.
Desired outcome: Allowed to complete services or a refund for the unused treatments.
