Everytime I go to the Homegoods in Waldorf, MD the managers and the workers are talking about the customers with no regards to the customers in their presence. This is bad for business! The workers and managers need to go to customer service training on how to treat customers.
I asked one of the employee's where I could find a particular type of candle is because I could not find it in the candle section, and the employee brushed me off with an attitude and said "IDK, they will be wherever the candles are in the store. She was very nasty and rude and just walked away and then returned after seeing my reaction to ask if I knew where the candles were. Since, covid customer service has went to hell. Also, my daughter decided not to to donate to St. Jude at the checkout and the manager talked poorly about her deciding not to donate by saying make sure to tell them what St. Jude does for little kids that have cancer because I dont know anyone who wouldn't donate to kids that have cancer. Please train your people. If I cannot be respected where I shop and and spend my money then will not be returning to TJ Max.
Desired outcome: I would like for the manager and workers to get proper training on customer service. I would also like a secret shopper to go there to experience the culture and enviroment of the store.
