I bought some steaks from your store tonight September 3, 2021 @ store # 1539 around 16:43 pm
Get home to prepare dinner only to find out they were bad, the smell was awful. I then got back into my car, drove 20 minutes back to your store to return them, Judy Reier was who was at customer service. I explained to her what was wrong. Ask to replace them with receipt in hand 48.64 was the amount she a sure me there was more so she gave me a gift card I did not ask for went to the back to get more they said the butcher wasn't in and there were no more back there. I told the gentleman in the back what happen and to remove the ones out there they to where bad only for him to leave them there. I then return to the front ask her for my money back, she got a manager. She come up and says what's the problem. I explained to her what happen. N ask for my money back. She told me she couldn't once it was in a gift card. I told her I didn't ask for a gift card. It was just handed to me, she then told me well if I put it back on your card it will take 14 business days I ask for cash she told me know I then ask her I guess I am stuck with this card she looked at me and then stated no you can use this card at any of our other stores I ask her where are they she said all around the world. I told her I will contact corporate office, she then said k bye. I need someone to contact me asap about this. Or I will blast this all over Ticktock Facebook Instagram Twitter etc. to all my million plus followers. This manager does not need with the public.
