Outback Steakhouse - Food & service

I went to dinner with my family last night. The server started off okay but seem like he had a lot going on already. We finally get to put our order in & get our food & the server does come to check on us but proceeds to keep checking on his other tables by the time he came our food was cold my boyfriend or my daughter didn’t get to eat we sat there for an hour just to have to wait to get our food remade & take it home. The server continued to walk away while me & my boyfriend told him about our issues as if we didn’t matter to him. But we watched as he took care of her other tables who was the same race as him. It seem very raciest & this was worse dinning experience of my life.

Desired outcome: Gift card for a different outback. I still ended spending $100 even thou 2 people at the table didn’t get to eat their food. Smh
