I visited the store at 2541 Chillum Road on 4/19/2023 and noticed there were several school age workers there during school hours. They were in training, however they neither understood or spoke English. This presented a very long wait time as we had to wait for management to either translate or complete the offer. I have also visited the store on several occasions when the managerial staff has looked or acted as if they were intoxicated or impaired by something other than alcohol. These unpleasant experiences has made me decide to drive several miles out of my way to enjoy this famous Louisiana chicken. I would have this looked into immediately before someone else contacts the authorities.
Desired outcome: I would like these incidents to be investigated and corrected. I have witnessed several customers leave this establishment because of these reasons.
