Hertz - exit pick up area

On the date shown I goes by the Rental Car Hyundai Elantra to the Exit facilities specific to the booth of Mr. Nimrod Westeott (Hertz Lead). Mr Westeott as the beginning talk with me with an improper attitude to explain he need that I move the car in the booth entrance. I tell him I'm Puertorrican and it's my first time in Hertz BWI and ask him to prevent to use a loud voice and a bad attitude with me. Also, I explain him that I need he talk with a proper tone and be nice with me because I have a disabled condition in the right side of my body. He continue to use and improper tone and mood and I'm trying to control him in also, a firmly voice and asking him to not continue with his attitude toward myself.

Mr. Westeott ask me twice to go through another exit (booth) at both sides, I explain him I need to finish with Hertz and go to my hotel because I work with the US Gov and need time to be relax because I wake up in the morning at 4:00 am for go to my work. Later, because he didn't finish and trying to lost time because he didn't submit adequately the confirmation # and have a relax attitude about my concern and I feel worry about his attitude with me so aggressive I put the reverse and goes through the booth at the right. I have high blood pressure condition, Cancer Patient and other medical conditions and feel so affected by his aptittude with me. When I arrive to the next booth the car with the left side impact the booth and have minor damages.

All of this situation are so inesperate and awesome because never I have an incident and or accident with a rental car in my life. My age is 64 and was rented a lot os vehicles with Hertz in the past, Budget, Enterprise, One Dollar, etc.

Due the reason I explain I decide to submit this complaint again Mr. Westeott. My interest was that this man have a training about his apttitude with disabled people, against old women and Latin people.
