CVS - Customer service - discrimination and harassment

My family stopped by CVS in our work clothes, admittedly, looking a bit shabby as we had been working to install a fence. The cashier spoke to us in a condescending manner and asked how many kids I had. I told him four and my husband made a joke saying six - he counted as two kids. The cashier began to say how lucky we were to be getting $1, 000 come July and how nice is that - that we have all these kids. His tone was degrading and condescending. I was confused. I'm not getting money. You see, my husband makes $125k per year and while we have been married for 13 years, we file our taxes as married and separate. My advanced degree causes our combined student loan payments to be more than our mortgage. As such, we file married and separate so that the payments are based my income alone, which much less than his. Yes these details are important to explain because: We don't get cushy stimulus payments or child benefits. My husband claims the kids, but he makes too much. I did indeed get a $600 stimulus payment, my husband and kids did not. Once I realized what this man was talking about I simply told him, no, our family doesn't benefit in that way. I was immediately disgusted with where he was going with his invasive, pointed questions. He began complaining about President Biden. What if we were poor? What if we did receive those benefits? Does this employee feel the need to insult anyone with children? What right does he have to harass poor and working class customers? I experienced nothing short of (perceived) economic discrimination and harassment. This type of abusive behavior should not be tolerated. He definitely picked the wrong lady to insult. I understand I gave you way more detail than you needed, but I feel it was necessary to prove he was stereotyping us (incorrectly) AND talking down to us. This is completely unacceptable and even if a customer is receiving economic benefits they have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. They shouldn't have to be asked how many children they have and how lucky they feel to be receiving free money.

Desired outcome: termination of employee

I had a similar experience in Danville, Ca but can’t even get my complaint submitted. And zero help with calling anyone and getting an answer.
