I had an annual Microsoft 365 subscription that I purchased 3 years ago. BestBuy deducted their annual renewal fee on September 2, 2020, which is verifiable via bank credit card statement, but my subscription was somehow canceled on September 2nd. A few weeks ago, I noticed that I was unable to access any of my files due to no subscription (Mind you that I had access up until a few weeks ago). I called BestBuy, and they gave a hard way to go as if I was making up fictitious stories about me having an annual subscription. I had to call three (3) times, and they still didn't give me an answer to my question of why my subscription was canceled but just a rude response "contact your bank!". This is the third incident and second complaint that I made against this company. I am truly done with best buy.
Desired outcome: Refund of my annual fee or a new subscription
