Im an auto mechanic for more than 25 years. Today 09/23/2020 at 16:20:07 PM I purchased tools by giving the correct information, he took the wrong tool. When I tried to explain, they dont want to listen carefully what I need. I go back and forth to the store and the garage where is far. This realy spent so much my time and my customer must wait longer. I came back again to explain what I need few times, still they don't want to listen, the worst is he ask me to get out of the strore with no solution, no respect after I returned the wrong tool he gave (I should call the police that day). I had been AutoZone customer for 20 years as old as that worker. I have been a loyal customer, been shopping lots parts, been sending customer to shop there and been told to get out of store very rude which is the mistake by his side.
Since this insiden, I wont be shopping at AutoZone anymore, nor wil promote my customers to shop there.
I need to comunicate with the District Manager regarding the bad experienced I had just now. Please contact and reply this message.
