Popeyes

I submitted a complaint on December 20th 2018 and I haven't heard anything back from the customer service people. My name is Le Vernis Teri Smith. And my complaint was about 710 American Legion Highway Popeye's who did not replace my four piece and biscuit box after they made a mistake and the manager whose name is Lee fipps. I am going back to Boston on the 10th and I want to know what resolutions were made if I walk back into that Popeye's that he disrespect me again there's going to be a bigger problem. Still waiting to hear from you guys
