I made an appt.for a Covid shot. It was for the next day. While registering I was told there was a problem with my insurance. A pharmacist was called over to fix the issue. She did and I went in for the shot. I asked the woman for something like a receipt so I know what shot I just received. She seemed surprised and said did you make the appt. here and I did and she said to ask them for it. I did that and the pharmacist came over and picked up a bunch of paper looked through them and dumped them. She then printed one for me. It was 2 pages and she showed me where the drug was recorded at the end. I got home and looked at it and saw that my address was not correct. I thought that could be why there was a problem.I then saw the name of a PCP. I never heard of him. Addresses were weird. He is supposed to be my PCP. He is not in fact i found him in Fitchburg 30 miles from me and he is not a PCP.
