Century Photo - charged for merchandise not received
Placed an on-line order totalling $15.89 on 1/19/2012, which was charged to my Visa account on 6/7/2012.I have e-mailed & called up to 10 times. At first it was to request status which was always 4-5 more weeks. Cancelled order & requested refund to my Visa card on 8/10/12, 9/1, 10/22, 12/3 & 1/213. Would like a refund of $15.89.

canceled my order 01/25/2011 because photo album pages would not be in for many months and I still have not received credit. I called the company today and was advised would be the middle of June before they would be hand writing checks for credits. I would not advise anyone to give this company money before you get your product ( if they ever send you a product).
On April 14th, of 2011, I ordered 3 Family Tree Albums, through order number [protected]. I have called 3 times and was told they were going with a new supplier, and that my order would be coming. But it hasn't. What is taking so long...
I filed complaints with FTC, BBB, and California Attorney General. Maybe if we all file then something will be done. For the FTC web site, I chose 'Other', 'Other', and 'General Merchandise Retail by Internet'. If you file a complaint you will see what I mean. Good luck!
I have been waiting for $35.00 since about March, and today is June 16th. same old story, they are going to write a check. I call every few weeks, and they say the same thing over and over again. My son ordered a product in January and he's still waiting. DO NOT. Repeat - DO NOT order from this company. A reliable alternative for me was www.exposuresonline.com. signed - Mad.
