Good morning. My name is Kevin Lopez and over the course of a year I've taken my vehicle to Mavis on West Central St in Natick, MA.
Tires, brakes, rotors, oil change, calipers.
After visit one for brakes and tires, my tires were new, brakes were new but when I broke, my pedal would be practically be on the ground. I asked the mechanic at Mavis and said it would get better.
Similar instances followed with low quality and work ethic, mechanics eating while they're "working" and not my vehicle... as my vehicle was done...charging for extra labor
My vehicle comes out from each visit with another problem. I'm currently driving around with streaks and rattling coming from my engine that was not there before my last visit.
I don't know what else I or you can do to rectify ...I'm severely unhappy
Desired outcome: I would like the rattling to be fixed and my brakes to be done properly
