So, we didn't complain when you switched from foam cups to paper cups even though your paper cups tend to leak and don't keep the coffee warm as long as the foam cups. So, I guess you took that as an OK to change your lids from a closed lid to the permanently open lid?

well, this open lid has coffee leaking all over my car. So, I am done with DD. I am what you would call a heavy user. I visit DD locations, or used to, about 5-10 times a week.

Heading to Wawa. Less expensive and great coffee. And, even though I fix it myself, at least I get it right, unlike your employees that often have to make mine twice because they cannot seem to get "Decaf" right.
