In December 2018 I called Hyundai Finance to pay off my lease with a check for $13, 073.20, cashed 1/2/19. When I called to get the lease payment buy out to purchase my Lease Account Number [protected] I asked them if I should pay through the dealer and the women said going through you would be faster. Well 3 months later you ask for $65. for Accrued Property tax which I paid for immediatey over the phone. I haven't been able to use this vehicle since 1/3/19 and calls to your people show no results. If their is a problem I would like to know about it as not having this title keeps me from registering my vehicle with out the Title, Bill of Sale. In the past 10 years I have purchased 0ver 8 KIA's from Quirk Kia, Quincy, MA. and go Social Media to warn people about purchasing a vehicle upon completion of the lease.
