I ordered a pizza at 1030am Sunday November 22 2020 online for pickup at 1120am, I walked in the door at 1119 to pick up my pizza when I received it, It was burnt I asked could they remake it, moments later I was approached by the manager who refused to give her name and immediately refused to remake my pizza and said she would be giving me a refund I tried to convince her to remake it but she refused so I asked for the district manager number or a complaint line To call she said no go find it on the internet, I don't know if this is the proper way about filing a complaint but I will also be filing a complaint through the better business bureau because I never been mistreated or disrespected the way this woman did for no reason
First of all I am sure that you were rude to her first and the reason she "mistreated" you was because of this. Second of all her name is none of your business. Finally, she has a right to refuse service to rude customers. If you don't want to be mistreated do not mistreat others.
