Good Afternoon,
We visited the store in the Clearview mall and bought $240 worth of candles and cologne. My wife loves the candles and needed to stock up. She had a 20% off coupon but left it at home. We asked if we could run and get it and the manager said we didn't have enough time as the store was closing. So we asked if one of our kids could take a pic and we would bring it to them tomorrow and she said no. So I asked if we could keep it behind the counter till the morning and again, she said no. My wife frequently buys candles there. I am very disappointed in the customer service. We literally live right around the corner and was gifting some of the candles. Not happy with the staff.
Desired outcome: Credit my debit card the 20 percent
