Logan's Roadhouse

To whom it may concern. My name is Ms. Spencer from Lake Charles, LA. I have been going to Logan’s for about 8 years now. The customer service was beautiful, however my salad was brown and wilted. I asked for another salad, but I was not able to get one, because nobody in management could cut any more lettuce. Also, I had a steak that was very good and tender. The just of the matter is that I paid, with Visa Card. I wanted to pay with my debit card, but I had forgotten it at home. So since it was the same day, I went back to see if they could just do the transaction, over again they did not want to accommodate me. I thought that it was so wrong of them to do that to me. And this was a member of management. Very disappointed! The Address is 3509 Gerstner Memorial Prkwy. Lake Charles La. 70605 Again, I love Logan’s and I love the food and service, however the management could at least try to do a little better.
