Chili's Grill & Bar

On June 25, 2020. I visited the Lake Charles, LA location #471. Server : Kaitlyn
Table 27/2 Dine Inn. We ordered the 2/25 menu plus 2 house rita, 2 house bud lights. It took us forever to get the drinks to our table, when they brought our appetizer about 10 minutes later. The fries were cold. They didn't add the chili to the fries so we asked our server if we could get some chili. Well she brought chili alright. All someone did was open a can a chili up and dumped it in a bowl and served it too us, it was ice cold. I was so mad, that I was paying my money to eat here and this is the service I received. Unacceptable. I grabbed my guest paid my ticket and left. This is poor business chili's.
