I purchased a washer and dryer with all necessary items for installation and a 3 year warranty on Saturday 5/20/23 from the Lowes located at 3726 Ambassador Caffery, Lafayette LA 70503. The sales person that assisted me seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I paid the entire invoice in full. We set up my deliver for the following Monday 5/22/23, I was told I would receive a call on Sunday night, which I did not, and also on Monday when they were enroute to me, which I did not receive that call either. Upon their arrival I was told the stacking kit which I bought and paid for was not on the delivery truck, I rejected the delivery. After numerous phone calls of trying to get through to their 3rd party delivery service, which by the way is HORRIBLE, I finally reached someone late Monday and was re scheduled for the following day, Tuesday which did not happen. Wednesday 5/24 delivery showed up NO stacking kit. I canceled my order and expect full refund. The store manager was very rude and offered zero help! Nor did the asst manager, seems they were done with me, and I needed to take care of delivery on my own! There is more to this horrible experience, and not sure I can ever purchase anything from Lowes, especially at that location. I am appalled at the LACK of customer service. I have purchased another from your competitor. The only person that was very helpful was the lady that called me from warehouse to re schedule my delivery and when I explained to her I canceled she kindly worked on my refund to my credit card.
Desired outcome: Feel free to call or email me should you need to discuss. $2000 may not be a lot to this store manager, but this was a big purchase for me, and $2000 is a lot of money to me.!!!!
