Sam's Club

I was terminated or laid off in June of 2020. I have been trying to get my separation papers so I can receive some financial aid but I cannot get a manager on the phone. I've left messages too. I called corporate and they sent me right back to that individual Sams Club. I would drive over there but l am having issues with my car now. How can I get these papers? This makes no sense! I should have already gotten this! Thank you!
