Pizza Hut

Im a 64 year old male and on Friday we ordered a pizza and wings. They said it would be ready in 30 min. We left and went to pick it up. Got there 10 min early and waited. Paid for my food and kept waiting. Was there for an hour, they asked my name and I told them again and after an hour and half we finally got it. They said it was under Kathy Hubbard and I had told them that 3 times already. There was another guy who was there before I got there and when I left he still didnt have his and he was also Mad. Told them I wouldnt be back there and the girl behind the counter said Oh well!. When I got home the wings were nasty and pizza was cold but no way was I going back. Thanks.
