Outback Steakhouse

I placed an order online on february 14 at noon to pick up my dinner at 6 pm at the outback on brownsboro road in louisville kentucky. I got to the restaurant at 10 till 6 pm and did not get my food until 7:30 pm I waited an hour and a half.
The receipt that is attached to my order shows that it was printed off at 5:29 pm. The only thing that I got from the manager was i'm sorry we're just really busy.
This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for your dinner and I was starting to see people that had walked in at six walk out at 7:30 after they had eating their dinner.
