on April 26 at 11:45, I visited store #1195 in Louisville Ky, I usually visit this location when I have a Dr app in the area as it is at least 20 miles from where I am located, and it has been a treat up until today. There was no one in line, The man working asked me what I wanted, I ordered 3 pretzels and 2 nuggets (my usual order, almost $25) there were fixed nuggets in the case, I was told to return in 10 minutes he needed to finish filling another big order, I said Fine, I returned in 10 minutes and sat in a chair opposite the store waiting another 20 minutes, only to be told he had not fixed my order yet, as he also turned away other customers, I finally told him to just give me 4 nuggets since they were already fixed, He started complaining asking me if I could do any better, I remarked I would treat my customers a lot better and not make them wait 30 minutes and then still not have the order ready, He said then why don't you come back here and work, I said not my job, he said yeah but you can complain, he continued to complain and make rude remarks, I am a senior citizen and do not deserve this kind of treatment from a rude employee, I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE
