On November 25th we purchased a brand new 5th wheel camper from CW in Georgetown, KY. prior to visiting the lot, we spoke with Aaron regarding a deal. The deal was basically set once we arrived on the 25th. Aaron was out sick on the 25th so we met with Sarah a sales mgr who seemed very attentive initially. A lady by the name of Cindy assured us we would receive the best treatment. When doing the walk through of the new camper there were a few minor things that needed to be repaired as well as a new screen door needed to be ordered and a cable for the leveling jacks in the rear. The service gentleman (Chris) we met with was very knowledgeable and assured us all would be fixed in a timely manor. Once we made it to financing, we met with Sam, he was very nice and seemed aware. We did a walk through of the store, was given a "clerk" that said here is what you need, now you look around and that was basically his "support" he was supposed to give. When asked for a time frame of when we may receive our new camber, Sarah told us a week to 10 days. Once home, we realized we were overcharged about $3800. Sarah wanted to write us a check for the amount we were overcharged but then we would've had to pay interest on that amount if it was left in the loan... duh. She stated she would mail a check to the finance company. My husband had tried to reach out on numerous occasions and no return call until he became demanding. We wanted to add a back up camera and inquired about the price, no one ever returned our call. Everytime we call for a timeline we are told, someone will call back in 15 minutes, we always end up receiving a call 4 hours later or none at all. We also worked in a cover for our camper and was supposed to be ordered and delivered to our house, it's still no where to be found. We spent over $60,000 with CW and we are regretting every penny. What is it going to be like when we take it in for maintenance? Needless to say, we wish we'd never purchased from CW and won't be referring any of our friends / family there.
